Notes: Room and board rates are set by the college presidents, and are intended to be self-supporting (and thus not subsidized by non-residential students). The MCCS Board of Trustees sets the maximum rate allowed in each region, based on a comparative financial analysis of fair market value and rates at comparable higher education institutions in the region. Board policy limits annual combined room and board rate increases to not more than ten percent (10%) annually.
