Movers & Shakers: Finkelstein leads YCCC’s journey into the future

WELLS – There’s a lot going on at York County Community College these days, as the college is growing to meet the needs of individuals, businesses, and organizations in the area. YCCC President Barbara Finkelstein, having assumed her post in August of 2014, is at the forefront of much of this activity. For that, Finkelstein has been named a 2016 Mover & Shaker in Wells, although that designation could easily be extended to reflect her impact in all of York County. Read more»
