Maine Community College Alfond Scholarships

Are you working and interested in earning a college degree? MCCS’ Harold Alfond Center for the Advancement of Maine’s Workforce offers a scholarship opportunity for working Mainers to earn their certificate or degree through any of Maine’s community colleges.

Maine’s community colleges offer affordable, flexible, and close to home options to help you balance your professional life. With Alfond Scholarships, you can take 50% off two classes each semester! There has never been a better time to continue building your skills in one of our 4,000 courses.

Alfond Scholarships are for those who are:

• 18 or older
• Living in Maine
• Working at least part time
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Enrolled in fewer than 12 credits per semester
