Website Update and Redesign

The Maine Community College System seeks to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to update seven websites, providing code and CMS updates, design, development, and website hosting services. The firm would audit existing sites, advise and deliver solutions needed for an optimized user experience.  Download the RFP.

Employee Job Classification System

The Maine Community College System seeks proposals for an employee job classification system. The project will (1) review existing classification systems and job descriptions; (2) develop new/revised classification system; (3) develop communications plans and implement new/revised classification system. Temporary Staffing

The Maine Community College System seeks to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor with expertise in expeditiously sourcing, screening, and providing top quality candidates to fill temporary staffing needs. Vendors who are interested in reviewing the RFP can access it here.

Microsoft 365 Migration

The Maine Community College System (MCCS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Microsoft 365 (M365) system migration services. The scope of this project will be migrating user mailboxes and associated data from seven M365 tenants and a single Google Workspace for Education instance, all to a single M365 tenant. Grant Management Solution for the Division of Workforce Training

Submission due date extended to 2/26/24. The Maine Community College System (MCCS) seeks to enter into a contract for acquisition and implementation of a grant management software solution for the Division of Workforce Training. MCCS seeks to modernize process efficiencies, reporting, and management of their grants with reliable and proven software. Academic Planning and Scheduling

The Maine Community College System (MCCS) seeks to enter into a contract for acquisition and implementation of an Academic Planning & Scheduling System. MCCS seeks to modernize and enhance its ability to schedule courses, events, and plan & manage room utilization at each of its 7 colleges, system office and satellite campuses/locations. The solution must integrate with the system’s system of record; Anthology Student and be accessible from other related applications. Download the RFP.

Implementation of OpenIAM

The Maine Community College System (MCCS) is currently seeking qualified vendors to provide implementation and platform support services for MCCS’s implementation of OpenIAM. The MCCS plans to host this application in AWS or Azure (the “Cloud Platform.”) MCCS will be responsible for coding and development on OpenIAM. MCCS’s deployment will utilize Docker or a similar containerization strategy for the application. MCCS anticipates and a development/testing environment and a productive environment. Grant Management Solution for the Division of Workforce Training

The Maine Community College System (MCCS) is seeking information to better understand the grant management software market, seeking a solution for MCCS System Office Workforce Training. MCCS seeks to find an efficient and cost-effective solution that the System Office will use for grants applications and project management. The Maine Community College System (MCCS) seeks information regarding employee position classification systems and welcomes responses to this RFI and creative suggestions and feedback to enhance and expedite a future process while providing an objective, efficient, and reliable system. Penetration Testing Services

The Maine Community College System (MCCS) seeks proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound, and responsible firms to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for penetration testing services of Internet-facing and internal systems with the goal of documenting and improving the MCCS cybersecurity risk profile.  Download the RFP.
